Hush Hair Systems is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. I understand that all custom orders are pre-paid before being submitted for production. I understand that custom orders take anywhere from 2 weeks to be completed and shipped.

All RETURNS on wefted hair, clip-ins, ponytail pieces and closures are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom orders cannot be returned.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we exchange or provide payments for hair that has been used, processed or taken out of original packaging. We will accept exchanges at our own discretion.
