Meet our founder and creative director Shedelle Holmes - a visionary with 13 years of industry experience whose client list spans the globe. As a wig designer, entrepreneur and mother, Shedelle understands the importance of having convenient hair solutions customized for your lifestyle. Combined with her self taught knowledge and training received from renowned salons in New York City, Shedelle has been changing the lives of women with her artistry.

" My goal for Hush Hair Systems is to positively transform the lives of women. In my teenage years, I lost my mother to Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). I watched her struggle with this autoimmune disease day in and day out. I can recall looking at photos with my mom and wanting to be just like her when I grew up. Her fashion sense and her hairstyle choices were always executed so well. To me, she was the epitome of beauty; inside and out.  In the years leading up to her passing, she would only wear her hair in a bun or a ponytail and at times she needed me to help her achieve these very simple styles. Although I couldn't physically heal my mother, I wish I had the chance to make her feel as beautiful as she truly was, with the knowledge and skills I've acquired over the years. I've always known that my decision to become a licensed cosmetologist was not by chance. I was given a gift that transforms the lives of women, brings them joy and most importantly peace; a peace of mind and absolute comfort that embodies empowerment." -  Shedelle
