· Free shipping is available for customers within the United States. Please allow up to 3-7 business days for your order to be delivered.
·Estimated delivery times start from the first full business day after the order has been processed and leaves our facility. There may be a delay of 1-2 business days during peak shipping periods or promotional events.
·Worldwide shipping is available. Please contact us for pricing details via sales@ellextensions.com before placing your order.
·A signature is required for all orders to be delivered. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
·We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
·Please be advised that holidays and weekends do not count as a business days when calculating shipping times.
·You will receive an email with shipping confirmation info once your items have shipped.
Wig Shipment. All custom wigs ship within 7-15 business days after the order has been received.

Ellextensions is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If there is a problem with your order, we must be notified within 10 days of receipt. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a void of the limited warranty. Wigs/Hairpieces sales are final and there are No Refunds. Deposits are non-refundable. Credits will be issued as store credit only.
Product Exchange. We advise you to inspect your order before opening. If you receive defective hair or an incorrect order you must contact returns@ellextensions.com within 48 hours of receiving your hair. All returns must be in its original packaging to be accepted.
All RETURNS are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Once your claim has been processed by customer service you will receive instructions via email on how to return hair. You are responsible for return shipping.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we exchange or provide payments for hair that has been used, processed or taken out of original packaging. We will accept exchanges at our own discretion.

Ellextensions products are 100% human Indian hair.
100% Human Hair will naturally oxidize (reds fade quicker), due to heat, elements, natural sunlight, salt/chlorine filled water, washing and general wear of hairpiece/wig.
All lace materials will stretch and may tear from normal wear and tear. All materials vary to base type and can be replaced.
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot guarantee the longevity of any Top Piece, Hair Piece or Wig, with a Skin Top Closures. These pieces are made to look as close as possible to hair growing from a human scalp. Each hair is individually ventilated (strand by strand). The hair breaks off to normal wear and tear from styling, shampoo, and heat. Once the hair is lost, it does not replace itself. The hair loss on the skin-top closures is more visible due to material used. Skin-tops are replaceable (at additional labor cost).
To request adjustments to your custom piece you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via returns@ellextensions.com. The RMA number must be included along with your original receipt in the return package. We do not offer credit on the original or return shipping.

Any purchases made online at ellextensions.com using Promotional (Promo) Codes or any other discounting method provided by Ellextensions Inc. may be exchanged within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase but may not be returned for a refund. Any purchases made at trade shows, received as prizes or for compensatory purposes are not permitted.
