Once the unit is completely dry, you may style.

For our Indian wavy and Indian curly textures; you may feel the need to blow dry the hair but do this when the hair is still slightly damp and with a ventilated paddle brush. Our units are easy to maintain and the quality of the hair make style your wig a breeze!
CONGRATULATIONS!
You have just purchased a high quality Ellextensions wig, which we hope you enjoy for years to come. We are happy to assist you by providing instructions for the best possible care of your wig in order to keep it looking fresh and beautiful.
Remember...
Just like your own hair, excessive blow drying and constant use of hot styling tools over and over again will result in the loss of moisture. Your wig requires regular washing and nourishment with quality hair care products. We recommend washing your wig every 7-10 days (depends on the frequency of use). Deep Conditioning your unit is important and should be done once a month to retain moisture.
Washing Your Wig
-
Before washing your wig, it must be brushed thoroughly to ensure that there are no knots.
-
After your hair is washed and conditioned, it is important to allow it to dry naturally in an open area. This will prolong the lifespan of your unit! We prefer to place our units on a styrofoam mannequin head, when drying & styling.
If you are unsure of how to properly maintian your new unit, we suggest you seek the assistance of a knowledgeable hair stylist to prevent damage of any kind or send your unit to us for a monthly "refresher."
Ellextensions wigs are made to meet the highest quality standards to be long lasting, natural looking, and comfortable to wear. By treating your wig correctly, you will continue to enjoy the benefits of your new custom unit!
